Ordering

New customers can create an account or check-out as a guest. You are not required to register to purchase products from us. However, registering makes it easy for you to check the status of your orders.

Coffee Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coffee you receive, we will replace the coffee free of charge. Use the Customer Care Form or call 1-800-288-1271 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We'll send it out right away at no charge.

Merchandise Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Use the Customer Care Form to begin the process. After we receive the returned products, you can generally expect a refund to your payment method in about 3-5 business days.

Damaged Products

We will replace most damaged items with the exact same item you ordered within 14 days of delivery. Please use the Customer Care Form or contact us as soon as possible to set up a return authorization.

Coffee Makers, Espresso Makers, Grinders, Electric Equipment

Most of the brewing equipment we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For these products please let us know, but you can also contact the manufacturer if you believe an item is not functioning properly.
